• Cost data ingestion and normalization
• Savings recommendations and analysis
• Policy-based automation and governance
• Reporting and dashboards

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinOptics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms
